There are multiple ways you could serve with Impact. We are always looking for volunteers who love students! We have a variety of roles including: House Group and Small Group Leaders, and Operations Team.
If you are interested in serving in Impact, please use the following links to connect:
House Group Leaders serve as the pastoral leaders of the mid size student communities of Student Impact, called House Groups. Student Impact is our high school ministry (grades 9-12). House Group Leaders are primarily responsible for providing leadership and support to the adult small group leaders, students, and families of their specific house group.
Student Impact is our high school ministry (grades 9-12), a place where teenagers can explore their faith and find a community of peers and leaders to walk alongside during the best (and worst) parts of high school. Student Impact small group leaders are asked to commit to serving for the length of a school year (4 yrs if you'd like to see your group through all of high school). You'll spend time weekly getting to know your group of students, doing life together and just being someone who they can talk with.
Join our Student Impact Ministry team by assisting with weekend operations for high school students. The Student Impact Operations Team serves to provide behind the scene logistical support for the ministry to create a safe and welcoming environment. In addition, this team helps welcome new students and families into the ministry.
